Wow, that's a very interesting capture. I first thought it might be a drawing, then I thought it's a photomanip with tiny coyote figures, and then I finally came to realize that it's a fountain and saw all the people in the background :D

Really nice atmosphere, I wonder what a really long exposure of a couple of seconds (with a ND filter) would have looked like, that would have gotten rid of most of the people in the background and probably have made the water into a solid wall :)

But even like this it brings the coyotes to life and it looks like they are in the middle of a rainstorm. Inspiring!
